Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition as they were initially sent from EJL. Notification of return must be made within 15 days after receipt of merchandise, and the item must be shipped back within 15 days of notification. It is important to note that orders will not be accepted without prior return notification. Any orders received after the 15-day deadline will not be accepted for refund, exchange, or repair. In the event of a refund, it will be made to the original payment mehod. The buyer will be responsible for other return postage costs. Please note that we cannot accept returns if the merchandise is not in its original condition. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and verified within three days. EJL will process the refund within 1-3 business days of receiving the item, assuming everything is in order. If there are any delays, we will notify you by phone or email.
